Your Voice Matters to Us
We’re grateful that so many families take our surveys. Thanks to you, we learn what ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· Children's should keep doing — and what we can change. Your feedback helps us provide children and families with the highest quality care.Â
We use a survey company called NRC Health to send out surveys.
What does this mean for you?Â
- NRC Health will send you a survey the same day or one day after your visit or hospital stay.Â
- The survey will be about 10-15 questions and should take a few minutes to complete. Â
How does the new survey work?Â
- You will receive a phone call with an option to complete the survey over the phone. Many families find this to be an easy way to share their comments and ideas.
- If you are not able to answer the call or complete the survey over the phone, you will then receive a text message with a link to complete the survey.
- If you do not complete the survey by phone or through text, you will then receive an email from nemours@surveynrc.com with a link to complete the survey.
- You have a two-week period to take the survey through any of these methods. Â
