Program Overview

The Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship program is an interdisciplinary training program for health care professionals and family members of children with chronic developmental conditions. 消消消消消消消娼瞳 Childrens Hospital, Delaware and the University of Delaware, along with other community organizations, have partnered together to develop unique didactic, training and clinical experiences to create leaders in systems delivery for children with special needs and their families.

Program Details

The program will include specialized didactics, interdisciplinary clinical opportunities in both the medical field and in the community, partnership with families and a capstone research project. It is anticipated that the two LEND fellows will spend one day a week dedicated to LEND activities. LEND is supported by a grant from the Maternal Child Health Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. 1. Curriculum vitae

2.油Letter of interest specifying the major rotation position/s you are seeking. Please also summarize your qualifications, minor rotation clinical interests, any research interests and goals for fellowship. If you speak Spanish, please outline this in your cover letter. You may apply to more than one position and note this in one cover letter.

3. Two letters of recommendation;油at least one from a direct clinical supervisor

4. Letter from DCT indicating status of dissertation defense or other relative degree requirements by start of fellowship

Applicants must have completed all degree requirements for their PhD/PsyD and a predoctoral internship from programs accredited by the American Psychological Association by September 2022. If the applicants degree is not conferred by this deadline, a letter from the graduate programs Director of Clinical Training is sufficient. Please note, 消消消消消消消娼瞳 requires all employees to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
