Get to Know Me
Growing up in New Jersey, I was an inquisitive kid. As a ¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾Ã¾«Æ· pediatrician, I still am. I thrive on the sense of trust that develops between a doctor and patients and their families. I always try to see things from my patients’ perpective, and it’s an honor when people open up to me, trust me, and let me share what I know.
Why I Treat Children
Pediatrics is extremely rewarding to me. I don’t just treat a child, I get to interact with two or even three generations (parents and grandparents) too. And because I treat kids from birth to 18, I enjoy building trust through several stages of development.
How I Try to Make A Difference
I show respect for my young patients and their families, no matter what their circumstances might be. I never judge, and I always appreciate their points of view. That’s what gives me a better understanding of what they are going through. Most important of all: I want my patients and their families to know what a privilege it is to be a part of their lives.
