What is the trial about?

To determine safety and effectiveness temozolomide, irinotecan and bevacizumab. All three of these agents have shown effectiveness in pediatric brain tumors.

Who can participate?

  • Medulloblastoma, high-grade glioma, low-grade glioma, and ependymoma are eligible
  • Adequate organ function
  • Must have measurable disease
  • Cannot have bleeding disorders

What is involved?

Length of study is up to 2 years. Standard cancer care.
