The EPIC Observational Study: Longitudinal Assessment of Risk Factors for and Impact of Pseudomonas

What is the trial about?

The purpose of this study is to continue research to answer questions about Pseudomona aeruginosa (Pa) and other germs that cause lung infections in people who have cystic fibrosis (CF).

Who can participate?

People with CF who have been participating in the EPIC Observational study can continue to take part in this study.

What is involved?

This study is not currently enrolling. However, patients that are currently in the study have been asked to continue to take part in this study up to five more years. If a participant moves to a different CF Center he/she may be asked to continue in the EPIC Observational study there.

There will be one (1) blood draw a year, for up to five years, for this study.  We will do our best to combine the blood draw with other blood work being done in the clinic.
